Weapon regulations on superyachts are governed by a complex mix of Flag State law (where the yacht is registered) and Port State law (the territorial waters it is visiting). Because firearms are heavily restricted globally, most superyachts opt for non-lethal deterrents or hire certified private maritime security for high-risk zones. If your ship is equipped with guns, rifles or any other weapon on board, our office will provide to effect the clearance and/or storage with the competent authorities.
